Mikaela Long is a social media personality who has gained a significant following by posting funny videos on Vine.
Mikaela's latest post on Twitter has the whole Internet extremely confused.
The 22-year-old tweeted to her 23,000 followers that she was babysitting her niece, and something bizarre happened.
“This is my first time babysitting and idk where I went wrong but my niece is currently asleep on her head,” the Vine star wrote.
Included in the tweet was a photo of Mikaela's niece, who appeared to be fast asleep… on her head.

Her tweet was retweeted more than 55,000 times, with many of her fans saying that they would have been completely freaked out by the scene.
Some tweeters have even compared the image to something out of Paranormal Activity…
