Tayto Park is opening its doors just in time for the Easter holidays, and it looks class
The Easter holidays are just around the corner, so we're sure you're up to your eyes trying to think of things to do with the kids during the break.
Well, you're in luck, because Tayto Park – Ireland’s favourite theme park and zoo – reopens this Friday, 7th April.
And to celebrate, the team have put together some egg-citing activities for the little ones this month.
On Easter Sunday, there will be a crime scene investigators inspired event, and Mr Tayto will be looking for help from some egg-cellent detectives to help him solve the mystery of ‘Who stole the egg'?
He knows it was one of the animals in the zoo – but he doesn't know which one…
Here kids can visit the crime scene to collect clues, eventually unlocking the mystery of the disappearing egg!
All participants will receive a delicious chocolate egg at the end of their visit.
Older kids and adults looking for their next adrenaline rush can immerse themselves in a host of exhilarating activities too!
Ride the famous Cú Chúlainn Coaster, try your hand at rock climbing and sky walking or take a tour around the legendary Tayto crisp factory.
Thrill seekers will enjoy the hair-raising Power Surge, Endeavor and Windstar attractions.
But that's not all; this June, Tayto Park will welcome a host of new attractions to the park including ‘The Viking Voyage at the Park’, a one of a kind, Viking-themed flume ride.
Tayto Park also offers an exceptional and diverse animal collection which features many conservation dependent species. The zoo is home to a variety of animals, including big-cats, meerkats, monkeys, fossa and birds of prey.
