Sweet treat with no added sugar: chocolate peanut frozen loaf
This no-bake chocolate peanut loaf is easy to make and tastes amazing!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 300g dark chocolate
- 175g smooth peanut butter
- 250ml cream
- 60g roasted salted peanuts, chopped
Method
1. Coat a loaf tin with cooking spray and line with parchment paper, leaving it overhang on both long sides.
2. Melt the chocolate and let it cool to room temperature.
3. Meanwhile, in a food processor or using a fork, puree bananas until smooth.
4. Stir the peanut butter into the banana puree.
5. Add the melted chocolate and stir until well-combined.
6. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks and gently fold it into the mix.
7. Pour into the prepared tin and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
8. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least three hours, or overnight.
9. Remove loaf from the tin and serve in slices.
