Suede isn’t just for autumn, Western inspired textures and brown tones are making a bold statement this summer. Think fringe details and cowboy boots to capture the Western look, which has gained even more popularity with the influence of Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter era and shows such as Yellowstone with even Chappell Roan this month releasing a C&W track. The Western trend blends rugged and refined, making cowboy boots, frayed denim, and tasselled accessories key staples for festival fashion and everyday street style.

For those heading to sunnier destinations or attending summer weddings, linen is the perfect choice. Lightweight and breathable, linen suits or shirts offer a stylish alternative to heavy three-piece suits, embodying a chic, relaxed vibe reminiscent of the French Riviera. This season, expect to see linen shirts, flowy trousers, and laid-back suiting making waves in both men’s and women’s fashion – ideal for any summer event.

For a more romantic approach to summer fashion, bohemian ruffles and 70s-inspired layered accessories are at the forefront. From ruffled maxi dresses to tiered skirts and vintage-inspired jewellery, this trend embraces effortless glamour with a nostalgic edge. Add eclectic touches by layering bangles and colourful necklaces for a playful, distinctive look this season.

Speaking about this season’s hottest trends, fashion stylist Megan Fox said:

“Suede may feel an unlikely fabric for the summer months, but brown tones and textures are huge this season

Linens are always a great option especially for travelling abroad (although make sure you have access to an iron!). A linen suit or shirt is a great option for any summer event – It can look very relaxed while still giving an effortlessly chic French Riviera kind of style.

Bohemian ruffles and 70s style wedge sandals dominated the likes of the Chloé and Zimmerman catwalks. Lean into layering of jewellery such as bangles or colourful necklaces for an eccentric and eclectic style this summer. “

The looks for this shoot were curated from stores in the centre, including: BEST Menswear, Bershka, Carraig Donn, Diesel, Jack and Jones, JD Sports, Parfois, Selected, Schuh, Stradivarius, Timberland and Vans.
