'So heartwarming': watch as this cute 2-year-old remind's you that you should never give up
If you are in need of a little bit pick-me-up then look no further than this seven-second clip.
Roman Dinkel, from Loathe, Kansas, has inspired millions of people not to give up.
The toddler suffers from a condition called spina bifida, which is a defect in an embryo's developing spine.
It was discovered at an ultrasound when he was 20 weeks, however, his parents decided to carry on with the pregnancy.

According to CBS News, Roman had an operation to increase his chances of being able to walk before he was born.
His mother, Whitney Dinkel uploaded a video to Facebook of an amazing event – her son walking for the first time.
This video has clocked up over 23 million views and it shows an excited Roman, proudly showing the family dog, Maggie, what he could do.
"I had to let him fall a few times so he'd know I wouldn't be there to catch him, and he had to learn how to catch himself," she continued.
The video prompted people all around the world to send messages to Roman's parents, Whitney and Adam. people around the world were sharing in Roman's joy.
Whitney and her husband Adam said they have received non-stop messages.
"From random people telling us their story and to see that he influenced them in a positive way to change their mindset and change their view it's just so heartwarming. It feels like he just gave hope to so many people with a seven-second clip," Adam told CBS News.
