School superintendent shares student's hilarious snow day bribes
As temperatures plummeted and the snow began, many school children were excited about the prospect of a snow day.
We can't blame them, who wouldn't want a day off to build snowmen and run riot?
Some kids, however, will do anything for a day off school, even if that means bribing a superintendent.
Dr Aaron Cornman, is the superintendent for a the Hillsboro district of Missouri. As part of his job, it is his responsibility to to decided whether or not the schools in his district get a snow day.
This is a fact at his neighbours and students have been taking advantage of, by leaving sneaky bribes on his door step. Chocolate bribes to be exact.

"The first round of 'Please Call School Off Tomorrow' candy has arrived," he wrote. "Students in my neighbourhood really want a Snow Day!!! They remembered my favourite!"
The delivery contained three packets of Reese's peanut butter cups and a note that simply said "You know what to do."
Dr Cornman revealed in a later tweet that he had seen this kind of stunt pulled before:
“Last year it was Hershey bars and I tweeted to them that I wasn't a [Hershey] fan… a year later – they remembered and man did they!”
Despite deserving an "A" for their efforts, school was not called off the next day:
Twitterverse….. Hillsboro WILL BE in session today. It's another great day for the Hillsboro Hawks to soar to new educational heights. It's cold outside, roads are clear, but the buses and buildings will be warm – see ya there.

However, the incident did give rise to a hilarious Frozen parody, made by the students:
You know…. I really like this version….Watch "Hillsboro High School Frozen Parody: No More Snow Days" on YouTubehttps://t.co/iGpeVUOulq

Dr Cornman wasn't the only target for student bribery. Fellow superintendent Dr. Link Luttrell of a neighbouring district, as received a mystery sweet package. He tweeted a picture of the bribe, along with a note that read "Don’t be a Nerd #CallItOffLink"
