Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lime
- 100g raspberries
- HB Hazelbrook Farm Raspberry Ripple ice cream
- Ginger ale, to top up
Method
- Divide the lime juice evenly between four tall glasses, followed by the raspberries.
- Place a scoop of HB Hazelbrook Farm Raspberry Ripple ice cream in each glass and then top it up with ginger ale.
