Pure joy! Watch this disabled boy go ice skating for the first time

Recently, the De Luca family visited an ice rink, and were concerned about whether or not their son would be able to experience the ice.

Nicco De Luca is wheelchair bound as a result of a disability, and so can not engage in typical ice skating.

A kind woman approached the family, and offered to help Nicco get on the ice.

After a few moments, Nicco was introduced to a guy named Chris, who had volunteered to take him onto the ice, in his wheelchair.

"Chris took Nicco around and around. You can see the joy in our sons face and in his laughter" Doug said to a local news station.

He continued by saying "It is not often we see this type of compassion towards our son, and it touched us very deeply".
