Parents introduce their toddler to her baby sister... but it doesn't go quite to plan
Introducing your children to their new baby brother or sister for the first time is definitely something you want to record!
That's because their reactions never go according to plan; while we long for them to embrace their younger sibling with love and kisses, sometimes, well, sometimes they just stick their hand in the baby's mouth and you don't know what to do!
Which is exactly what happened when mum Katrina Wythes introduced her daughter to her baby sister, Julianna.
In a video uploaded to YouTube, you can see Katrina's husband, Mark, bring their eldest daughter over to meet the newest member of the family.
A little unsure of what is happening, the young girl is placed beside her mum on the bed. She doesn't know what is going on, and clearly just wants her dad!
Encouraging her eldest child to engage with the new baby, Katrina gently puts the tot's hand on her sister's shoulder.
As the video progresses, you can see the young girl getting used to the situation.
Becoming a little more curious, she decides that now would be a good time to explore her sister's mouth – by putting her hand in it!
Mum and Dad are a little unsure what to do – they obviously don't want to give out or frighten the girl – so they gently pull the baby away…
No harm done, thankfully!
Such a sweet interaction, it looks like this little girl is going to be a very good big sister.
