This new dad's inspirational message has us BAWLING

And the award for Best Dad goes to Imgur user Avid Climber.

Caring for a newborn is, quite frankly, exhausting. No matter how much you love your new baby, there is not denying that trying to get by on little to no sleep is near on impossible.

And us mums need all the help we can get.

Which is why we were bawling reading this inspirational message from one Imgur user. 

Known only as Avid Climber, he sent a special message out to dads all over the world this week (we'll ignore his use of the term real dads.. aren't all dads real?)

After winning a battle with testicular cancer last year we finally got our first born son. <3 *pro-tip*Real men take care of their baby while mommy takes as many naps as she needs. She's been through an ordeal! Suck it up guys and be her dream husband!

Urging all men to step up and take care of the baby, he wrote: "After winning a battle with testicular cancer last year, we finally got our first-born son. 

“Pro-tip: Real men take care of their baby while Mummy takes as many naps as she needs. She’s been through an ordeal! Suck it up, guys, and be her dream husband!”

And while his words are something we totally agree with, the fact he shared an image of his sleeping wife with the rest world… not so much. 

Yup, he got us good with his words, but we'd kill him if he was our husband.
