Neopolitan Ice Cream Sundae

Ingredients
- For the chocolate fudge sauce:
- 125ml cream
- 100g unsalted butter, cubed
- 100g soft dark brown sugar
- 75g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 2tbsp golden syrup
- For the sundae:
- HB Hazelbrook Farm Neopolitan ice cream
- 150g strawberries, hulled and quartered
- Whipped cream to serve, optional
- Whole strawberries to serve, optional
- Sprinkles to serve, optional
Method
- Start by making the chocolate fudge sauce. Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir continuously until all of the ingredients have melted and are evenly combined. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- To assemble, layer scoops of HB Hazelbrook Farm Neopolitan ice cream with the chocolate fudge sauce and strawberries in four sundae glasses or tall glasses. Pipe or spoon on some whipped cream and top with a strawberry and some sprinkles.
