With only five ingredients, bursting with flavours and only a few easy steps, this tasty dessert ticks all the boxes.
If you have friends over for dinner, you can make it a day or two in advance. Let it thaw for five minutes before slicing, and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 300g dark chocolate
- 175g smooth peanut butter
- 250ml cream
- 60g roasted salted peanuts, chopped
Directions
- Coat a loaf tin with cooking spray and line with parchment paper, leaving overhang on both long sides.
- Melt the chocolate and let it cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, in a food processor or using a fork, puree bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter into the banana puree. Add the cooled chocolate and stir until well combined.
- Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks and gently fold it into the mix.
- Pour into the prepared tin and sprinkles chopped peanuts on top. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours.
- Remove loaf from the tin and serve in slices.
