Mum welcomes three babies in one year - but they’re not triplets

Oh my God, imagine!

Eliza Curby welcomed her first baby, Charlie, back in January 2016. 

Believing that you can't get pregnant while breastfeeding, the 27-year-old never even considered contraception. 

However, when she woke up one morning feeling like "she'd been hit in the head", she instinctively knew she was pregnant. 

The mum-of-three took four pregnancy tests, but only one came back positive. 

However, when the Twinqenuity blogger and her partner Ben went to the GP, they weren't expecting to be told that Eliza was expecting twins.

"For two or three weeks [we] were in denial – we just thought the doctor was new and might not know," the Sydney mum told Daily Mail Australia.

"Then I saw the obstetrician we had with Charlie and he confirmed it – I have never been so nervous in my life."

However, after getting over her inital shock, Eliza couldn't wait to tell her family, knowing that they would be shocked. 

"When we went to dad and told him we had exciting news he thought we were going to get married," she added. 

"Then when we said we were going for round two, with twins his face turned to horror."

Eliza gave birth to identical twin boys, Jack and Wolfe, in December of last year, meaning she gave birth to THREE babies in one year.
