Mocha Affogato
Dairy, Chocolate, Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 75ml cream
- 75g dark chocolate
- HB Hazelbrook Farm Iceberger ice cream
- Strong hot coffee
Method
- To make the chocolate ganache set a saucepan set over a medium high heat and bring the cream just to boiling point. Remove from the heat and add the broken chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool just a little
- Divide the chocolate ganache evenly between four coffee cups followed by a scoop of HB Hazelbrook Farm Iceberger ice cream. Pour a shot of hot coffee over the ice cream.
