Marmite spaghetti

  • 375g thin spaghetti
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tbsp Marmite

Method:

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and then cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. Keep a cup of pasta water and drain the pasta into a colander.
  3. Return to the pot to the heat and melt the butter.
  4. Add marmite and a splash of pasta water and combine.
  5. Put the pasta in the pot and stir until well coated.
  6. Serve in warm bowls with sprinkled cheese if you prefer.
