Live in a small apartment or tiny house? THIS is how you should organise your baby stuff
Babies may be small but they come with a lot of stuff. Enough stuff to fill an entire room all on its own, in fact.
But not all parents have this extra room to keep Baby’s stuff neat and tidy.
Many of us live in small apartments or houses and there is just simply not enough space for everything.
And it can be frustrating trying to squeeze all this extra stuff in – some of which is extremely large and bulky.
One mum who knows exactly how it feels to try to fit it all in is SBennett, who took to imgur to share how exactly she is getting all her daughter’s stuff to fit into her apartment.
Uploading pictures of her bedroom, the mum-to-be explained how she invested in plenty of cube storage and metal shelves for her little girl's clothes, including items purchased so she won’t disturb her husband while he sleeps.
“I've got the Pack N Play changer/napper/bassinet/crib deal also with a Dock a Tot in it for now,” she writes.
“Then cube storage and metal shelves for her clothes and stuff.
"Command hooks on the wall for swaddler, pacifier, extra blanket and bibs."
Continuing, the mum-to-be adds that she bought a “big and small white noise machine” to drown out night-time feeds (and her husband’s snoring).
But that’s not all she plans on doing:
“I'm going to get a power strip with a child safe power strip cover for all these cords instead of the outlet thing- but this is where we store her clothes, laundry hamper, wipes, diaper stuff.. and I have an obsession with bibs so those are hung on the wall.”
We love her ideas – will you be implementing them in your home?
