Kids explain what is different about their friends, and as mums we’re SO proud
With an obscene amount of uncertainty clouding our world at the moment, it is more than refreshing to be reminded that children are still as innocent and striking as ever.
In a video posted by CBeebies, a kids’ TV programme, children are invited to explain what is different about their friends.
And our hearts could not be prouder of the tots; their answers are something in which us adults could learn from.
The piece entitled, ‘Everyone’s Welcome’, asks several different friends the same question:
“What makes you two different from each other?”
The children’s replies ranged from liking and not liking lettuce to living up a hill and living down a hill.
While a young girl explains her friend Adiel likes goujon and chips, while she prefers sushi.
One even tells us that his friend Artie has bigger toes!
But what makes this piece so special is the noticeable ‘differences’ in each child – however, they are not that different at all, are they?
No, because they are all beautiful children, innocently playing and enjoying the little things in life.
As stated by CBeebies: “When it comes to difference, children see things differently.”
And we’re thanking our lucky stars that they do, how beautiful is this piece?
We could all learn a lot from our children sometimes… Would this not make you proud as punch?
