IKEA's new maternity and paternity leave is AMAZING

The furniture giant have launched their new parental benefits club, and it rivals all other companies around. 

IKEA are now guaranteeing up to four months paid leave for all employees, "whether they be a mom or a dad or work full or part-time."

This fantastic announcement follows in the footsteps of companies like Nike and Netflix, who have also announced competitive parental benefits in recent months.
