How one family's 'professional photos' went hilariously wrong

We all know the struggles to get the perfect family photo. The squirming kids, someone always blinks, then the dreaded red eye. 

But this family's photos are on a whole other level. 

Pam Dave Zaring recently shared the results of a "professional" family photo shoot- and the results are hilarious. 

"Ok. This is NOT a joke," she wrote. 

"We paid a photographer, who claimed to be a professional, $2-250 for a family photo shoot." Zaring said. 

"Please see these FOR REAL photos she delivered to us….She said the shadows were really bad on the beautiful, clear, sunny day and that her professor never taught her to retouch photos." 

There's lightening retouches, then there's the masks from hell the family seem to be wearing.

Luckily for Zaring, and the photographer, she thought the pictures were hilarious enough to be worth the money.

"I literally have not laughed this hard in YEARS!!!!!" she wrote. "You can't make this stuff up…..again, this is NOT a joke – final product." 

Others noticed that the families dogs escaped the photographer's rampage: 

The family were also compared to horror story figures, emojis and even a family of Sims.
