Herb feta in oil and chili
Description:
Delicious Greek cheese on the go marinated in olive oil, thyme, chili, and any vegetables you enjoy. All you need is bread.

Cheese, Vegetables, Oil, Chilli, Olives, Garlic, Herbs
Ingredients:
100ml olive oil
2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, plus a few extra for scattering
4 garlic cloves, sliced
1 sage leaf
¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
140g roasted peppers in olive oil, drained
175g artichoke hearts in oil
2 x 200g feta cheese
85g Kalamata olives
Method:
Use a food processor and blitz the olive oil and thyme.
Stir in the garlic, add the sage leaf, the chilli and a generous amount of black pepper.
Cut each block of feta into cubes and arrange in a dish or a food container with the peppers artichokes and olives.
Spoon over the herb oil, scatter with extra thyme and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight.
Spoon everything into jars and serve with bread.
