Got any Easter chocolate left? Use it to make these tasty chocolate bombs

This scrumptious treat requires only 3 ingredients. We used white chocolate in the recipe, but you can use any kind, white, milk or dark (and even a mix), to cover the bombs.

Ingredients

  • 450g chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 225g cream cheese
  • 300g white chocolate
  • 150g dark chocolate (optional)

             
Method

1. In a food processor, crush the cookies to a fine crumb. Add the cream cheese and pulse until the dough comes together. Form little balls and freeze for 20 minutes. 

2. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate. Dip the balls one by one in the melted chocolate, place on parchment paper and refrigerate for an hour, until firm. 

Optional: Melt the dark chocolate. Drizzle dark chocolate on each ball and refrigerate.
