Fans of the children’s books will be thrilled to hear that author Francesca Simon is in town for the festival.
Francesca is hosting an event at Dublin’s stunning Smock Alley Theatre and fans of her books certainly can’t miss this.
Francesca will chat about Up, Up And Away, the four brand-new stories in the new Horrid Henry book.
Readers will also get the chance to meet the author herself and get your book signed.
Francesca published Horrid Henry 25 years ago in 1994 and has since gone from strength to strength in the world of children’s literature.
The author has won many awards, including Children’s Book of the Year Award and has even been awarded the legendary Gold Blue Peter badge.

Adult tickets cost €10/€12 and children’s tickets are €8. The event will take place on Sunday, May 26.
