Girl receives birthday flowers from her late father, and it is the sweetest thing ever

Bailey Sellers lost her father, Mike, to pancreatic cancer when she was just 16-years-old.

His death came just a few months shy of her 17th birthday, but that didn't stop her father marking her day, and subsequent birthdays, with a touching gift.

Taking to Twitter late last year, Bailey shared a photo of a gorgeous bouquet of flowers alongside a sweet card and a photo of her with her dad.

In the tweet she explained that before he passed away, Mike arranged to have flowers and a card delivered to his daughter on her birthday every year. But last November, on her 21st, Bailey received her very last bouquet from Mike.

"My dad passed away when I was 16 from cancer and before he died he pre-payed flowers so I could receive them every year on my birthday," she tweeted.

"Well this is my 21st birthday flowers and the last. Miss you so much daddy."

In the card, Mike explains that it is his "last love letter" to her, and told her not to shed any more tears for him.

"I do not want you to shed another tear for me my baby girl for I am in a better place. You are and will always be the most precious jewel I was given," he wrote.

"It is your 21st birthday and I want you to always respect your momma and stay true to yourself.

"Be happy and live life to the fullest.

"I will still be with you through every milestone, just look around and there I will be.

"I love you Boo Boo and Happy Birthday."

Bailey's tweet touched a lot of people, and many sent the young woman sweet messages via the social media site.

Absolutely beautiful.
