Girl, 6, is sending hugs to hurricane victims in the nicest way possible
Hurricane Harvey and Irma have devastated many families over the last number of weeks across America.
Homes have been lost and prized possessions are no more, however, in times of tragedy there are always unsung heroes.
And six-year-old, Jenna Peltier, is certainly one of those.
The youngster was travelling in the car alongside her mum when she heard of the tragic circumstances on the radio.
But instead of carrying on with life, Jenna decided she should do something to help, as the news impacted her immensely.
Trying to find a way she could aid other children, who were now facing the loss of their homes, Jenna asked her mum, Christina, if she could possibly donate her stuffed teddies.
Intent on cheering up as many children as she possibly could, Jenna wondered if she could encourage others to donate their stuffed toys too – which is exactly what she has completed.
However, this isn't the only thing this young girl is doing, because of her kind-hearted nature, she is also giving each stuffed toy a special hug.
The hugs are to let the stuffed animals know that she loves them, and in return they will pass on her hug to the new owner, brightening up one child's day at a time.
How amazing is this six-year-old? Amazing work done – not all heroes wear capes.
