Ingredients:

1 kiwi

1 banana

1 mango

Handful of strawberries

Handful of grapes

Chopped melon

Wooden skewers

Serves: 2

Method:

Peel and chop the fruit into chunks.

Dip the wooden skewers in water to prevent splintering.

Slide the fruit onto the skewers, one at a time.

If using for lunches, squeeze a little lemon juice on top to keep fresh.
