Féile na Gaeilge is taking place this weekend, and it sounds like great fun
Dublin’s city centre is embracing Irish language, storytelling, culture and music this Sunday, 20th May.
This free family-fun event will take on George’s Dock and will be a great day out for everyone, no matter their level of Irish!
Celebrate the history of Irish storytelling, catch some Irish films, find your rhythm at the bodhrán workshop hosted by Rossa Ó Snodaigh and learn traditional dancing before discovering some fairy fun.
Kids will enjoy the wide range of activates including face painting, a vintage carousel, an art zone and a very special fairy Q&A!
Taking place directly beside the EPIC Museum, visitors will receive a discount to hear the more on the history of Ireland.
Conradh na Gaeilge will also be on site to discuss how you can rediscover your Irish and the opportunities for improvement.
With live music, a delicious food village and vibrant Irish language, Féile na Gaeilge promises to be a great day out for the whole family whether you have a cúpla focail or are looking to learn more.
