Dad shaves his five-year-old beard, but his wife and five-month-old baby don't know how to react

Dan Fitzgerald has had a beard for as long as he can remember, and for the last five years he has been growing it out.

Himself and his wife Lex have been together five years too, which means Lex has never seen her husband without a beard.

And their five-month-old baby? Well, he’s used to pulling Dad’s beard at every chance he gets.

So what do you think happened when Dan decided it was time to shave his beloved beard?

Well, his five-month-old wasn’t too pleased, and Lex, unsurprisingly, was seriously shocked.

Lex giggles the entire way through, commenting that Dan looks like a new person and the fact he’s actually quite similar to his brother now.

As for baby Cooper, he just does not understand where his dad is gone.

Cooper can recognise Dan’s voice but tries to grab his beard to no avail.

How cute is this? Poor baby Cooper.
