Cucumber, spinach and pear smoothie

Description:
When you need to freshen up from within, try this amazing smoothie.

Fruit, Vegetables, Honey, Herbs

Ingredients:
1 cucumber, roughly chopped
2 ripe pears, cored and quartered
Handful baby spinach
Squeeze of honey
1 tbsp flax oil (optional)
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
Ice cubes, to serve

Method:
Put the cucumber in a blender or juicer with 100ml of water and blitz until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients with a pinch of salt and blitz again until completely smooth.
Serve immediately, over ice.

Tip: Mint goes very well with this, if you wish to use some, simply tear off a few leaves and add when blending.
