Confused toddler checks her dad’s tattoo to make sure it really is him

This is so adorable! 

When Ivy's dad went in to have a shower, we're pretty sure the little girl didn't expect him to come out looking so different.

But he does – because he shaved off his beard! 

And his daughter is left feeling very unsure of who he is.

Hearing her dad coming out of the bathroom, little Ivy runs over to say hi.

However, she takes a few steps backwards as soon as she sees him, and doesn't answer his "hey" – because she is unsure if it actually is her dad! 

And despite Dad reassuring her that it is him Ivy crawls away, unwilling to engage with this 'stranger'.

But when he picks her up, the little girl has an idea: look at his tattoos to make sure it really is Daddy. 

After a quick glance and a few more confused looks, the little girl finally realises that it actually is her dad – and says something that we can't quite understand in her adorable sweet little voice.
