Chocolate caramel cornflake mini nests
Description:
12 mini nests or 6 larger nests
Main ingredients:
Chocolate, Grains
Ingredients:
200g leftover Easter chocolate and caramel
6-7 handfuls of cornflakes or rice bubbles
Method:
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water, continuously stirring until melted.
Add the cornflakes and mix together working quickly as it will set.
Add more cornflakes if needed.
Spoon mixture into a muffin tray lined with paper or small bowls making a well shape in the centre with the back of a spoon and chill until they set.
Fill up with leftover mini eggs for fun if you like.
