Busy mums can finally rejoice... this latest invention will save you time
All mums are unique, we have our own family ideals and certain ways we want our kids to grow up.
But we also have a lot in common – lists as long as our arms, endless washing, and a mutual love for a glass of wine.
However, it’s the common hatred for the weekly shop which probably stands out the most.
And it can be increasingly enduring when your kids are tugging at every limb, and clearly wanting every single thing they see in the store.
Well Japan has just made our mummy dreams come true!
They have invented the coolest system yet, to help us get our shopping done in the fastest way possible.
Every item in their stores are labelled with radio frequency identity (RFID) tags, so every time you put an item in the basket, the basket can read and store the items information, for instance – name and price – so you don't need to queue at the cash register.
The shopping ordeal becomes much quicker as a result and can also help stop impulse buying.
And better yet? You place the basket at the checkout and the basket lowers your items into a bag for you – no more packing nightmares.
We just need to figure out how to tell the kids we’re moving to Japan now…
