Boyfriend's romantic gesture makes him learn a very important lesson

When Demez White's girlfriend was having a bad day, he wanted nothing more than to cheer her up. 

And boys being boys, Demez initially thought he would buy her something – that's sure to be the best way to surprise her. 

However his bank account wasn't allowing for a gift, so this was one boyfriend who needed to become creative, and fast. 

Finding some inspiration while sitting on his back porch, Demez, took the table and two chairs into the garden alongside his pick-up truck. 

Lighting the candles which surround the garden he made a meal for the pair, using his pick-up truck as a snuggly couch with lots of cushions. 

It was in those moments that he realised something incredibly important for a relationship: "Sometimes the best memories aren't about the money we spend or the trips we take."

"They're about putting a genuine smile on someone's face that you really care about."

It's true, because love doesn't cost a thing, and his girlfriend was sincerely impressed.
