Boy, 5, is DEVASTATED that the girl he loves likes someone else

No matter what age you are, your first heart-break is awful – and is the one that lasts the longest.

So, with this in mind, we can totally relate to this poor boy, who is clearly devastated to learn that the girl he loves likes someone else.

In a video posted on the Joey Salads Twitter page, the youngster, who is sitting in what looks like his classroom, is asked how "he knows that Ally likes Francesco". 

"Because they have hearts on their back packs," he replies, which, honestly breaks our heart! 

In fact, Ally even confirmed the news by telling him that she likes Francesco – kicking the poor boy while he's down, Ally..? Really?   

And to make matters worse, the broken-hearted five-year-old even saw the two of them hold hands AND kiss in the playground. 

Admitting, that he doesn't even like her any more, he takes a big deep breath – we're assuming to keep the tears at bay (ours on the other hand are falling thick and fast) – before saying "and she's my friend again".
