Boy, 2, goes missing in the middle of the night but prints in the sand reveal he's not alone
When Chelsea Nobel woke up one morning in October, she was shocked to find her son, William, was not in his bed.
A frantic search in the home proved fruitless so she called the police.
An extensive search was conducted in Harrison County, Mississippi involving K-9 units, the police and the community, but William was nowhere to be found.

However, what was discovered left searchers feeling baffled.
While looking in a wooded area near the home, police found what they believe were William's footstep AND dog prints.
But they still couldn't find the young boy – until Blake Carroll noticed something a little odd.

The 10-year-old was walking home from school when he could hear his uncle's truck horn beeping. Upon closer inspection, Blake could see a dog trying to get inside.
It was then that he saw William, who is mostly nonverbal so may not have responded to hearing his name being called, trapped inside.

Police are now praising Jezebel the dog for staying with the young boy for more than seven hours.
Thank God the youngster was found safe and well.
