Bored? Why washing machines are the BEST toy!

As mums we often buy the most expensive toys and trinkets on offer, but more often than not, it is the simple things that tend to keep our little ones entertained.

The M Word, a blog by celebrity mum-of-one Maia Dunphy, also posted a hilarious video to her Facebook page which shows a number of cuties absolutely transfixed by washing machines.

With lines like "Tom's 'programme' is starting soon" and "we love watching the soaps," the video gave us all giggle, and reminded us that sometimes it's the little things that are the most exciting.
