Back-to-school photo gloriously depicts family life and we can't cope
The back-to-school photograph is an annual affair.
Chances are if it's your child's first time to embark upon the school gates you'll take the day off work.
Otherwise, you'll just take a couple of hours to see them off on their first day of the new calendar year.
Either way you're ready for the barrage of snaps that'll be taken that morning as your children reach another important milestone in their lives.
The same old, stand outside (if it's not raining that is), big cheesy grins with mum and dad taking turns jumping in the photo while you're trying to keep the youngest busy so they won't feel left out they're not going to school too.
But we've come across a family who have taken the high road, who don't want to partake in the regulars.
They want to depict the real family photograph, the one that conveys the absolute truth of another milestone day in the life of a regular family.
An Imgur dad just posted a snap titled 'It's that time of the year again', and every parent on earth can relate.
The picture shows him lined up with his three darlings holding a sign each, marking their individual achievements.
His eldest daughter starting fifth grade, his son beginning second grade while his youngest is making her mark by holding a sign so she won't scream.
And Dad, well he is not best pleased with life as he marks his 6,287th day of work so that these little guys can go to school!
We feel like Dad wouldn't mind the day off to be honest, and who could blame him, it's an emotional time!
We feel some back-to-school photos could be getting a re-touch this coming week!
