A five-year-old boy drew a picture of his mum on her period, and it's just too funny
Penny Rohleder was delighted when her five-year-old son handed her a picture he had drawn of the family.
However, upon closer examination she noticed something a little odd about the drawing, especially around her nether regions.
Because there was a strategically placed red scribble right at her crotch.
Asking her son what the mark was, Penny was in stitches when he simply said: “That’s your period.”
The mum shared the post on blogger Constance Hall’s Facebook page where everyone has been having a good aul chuckle at it!
Explaining why her son is well versed on periods, the mum told the MailOnline that she had been prescribed blood thinners last year which made her periods very bad.
On a particularly bad day, Penny admitted that she had to jump into the shower while her son was in the bathroom to clean up.
"Jules was super concerned, but he knows about periods," she said. "Kids follow you to the toilet every chance they get—and so he just kept asking me if I was ok."
