Salmon with roast asparagus

If you like salmon then you will adore this simple recipe one pan recipe.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
16 asparagus spears, ends trimmed
4 salmon fillets
Fresh thyme, as garnish
Squeeze of lemon
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4.
Use an ovenproof dish to roast the asparagus drizzled with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 5 minutes.
Nestle the salmon amongst the asparagus and drizzle with the remaining oil then return to the oven for a final 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Scatter over the thyme and serve straight from the dish with a little salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon over everything.
