Smoked salmon tortilla sushi wraps

These delicate canapé styled sandwiches are absolutely gorgeous for a large gathering or to go with your tea spread.

Dairy, Cheese, Fish, Wraps/Tortillas, Herbs
Ingredients:
300g cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped dill
Generous pinch of black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
350g smoked salmon
Serve with extra dill and rocket leaves (optional)
Method:
Mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice, chopped dill and the black pepper together until well combined and creamy.
Spread evenly over 4 large flour tortillas and cover with the smoked salmon in layers.
Roll up like a Swiss roll, trim off the ends and discard them.
Slice on the diagonal, and serve with extra dill and rocket leaves.
