Irish Brown bread eggless bread

This is a delicious eggless Irish brown bread.

165g self raising flour
165g whole wheat flour
40g quick oats
60g wheat germ
1 ½ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
415 ml buttermilk
2 tbsp honey
Method:
Preheat the oven to 220°C / 425°F / Gas mark 7.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and lightly grease.
In bowl, combine the flours, oats, wheat germ, baking soda, and salt.
In small bowl, mix the buttermilk with the honey.
Add liquids to the flour mixture and stir well to combine.
Turn dough out onto floured surface and shape into a circle.
Place on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6 and bake 15 minutes more or until the bread sounds hollow when you tap it.
Let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
