You can cook in three simple steps with new Erin Dine-Ins

ERIN Editorial HeaderBusy mums are always on the lookout for tasty, nutritious meals that can be cooked for the whole family in very little time – and lucky for you, Erin has you covered.

One of Ireland’s most iconic brands has introduced a new range of world-inspired meals, making it easy for anyone to cook a restaurant quality meal.

Erin Dine-Ins comes in four delicious variants: Thai Green Curry, Tikka Masala, Sweet & Sour and Korma. You’ll also be happy to know they’re much, much cheaper than an actual restaurant meal at only €2.99 per pack.

Erin developed its new Dine-Ins range in response to time-pressed parents who want to cook but feel they don’t have the confidence or time to create a tasty nutritious meal. Now Erin says ‘You Can Cook’ in three easy steps – simply stir, sprinkle and serve!

See how easy the below recipes are!

1. Sweet & Sour Chicken

To the Sweet & Sour Dine-Ins pack, you add:

  • 250g diced chicken (add more meat if more people)
  • Tin of Lustre sliced pineapple pieces(approx 70g), cut into chunks and save juice
  • 60g sliced red peppers
  • 60g greens beans or mange tout
  • 50g spring onion

2. Chicken Korma
