Marmite spaghetti
- 375g thin spaghetti
- 50g butter
- 1 tbsp Marmite
Method:
- Boil a large pot of salted water and then cook the pasta until al dente.
- Keep a cup of pasta water and drain the pasta into a colander.
- Return to the pot to the heat and melt the butter.
- Add marmite and a splash of pasta water and combine.
- Put the pasta in the pot and stir until well coated.
- Serve in warm bowls with sprinkled cheese if you prefer.
